Call An International Tollfree Number

Call internationall numbers with your telephone.

International toll-free numbers are typically used by businesses overseas that handle a large amount of international shipping and information. Often times this toll-free number is listed on the company's website and allows you to call without large international rates placed on your monthly billing statement. However, in order to be directed to the number, you do need to dial a few extra numbers first.

Instructions

1. Pick up the television and dial "011." This is the exit code for all numbers outside of the United States and Canada.

2. Dial in the country code for the international toll-free number you are calling. The number is typically listed at the front of the listed number with a "+" in the front. This country code is usually two or three numbers long.

3. Dial in the remainder of the phone number. Within moments, you'll be connected to the toll-free phone number.
