Sync The Jabra

Jabra Bluetooth headsets are designed to work with most Bluetooth-enabled phones. Before you can use your phone will the Jabra device, you'll need to sync them. Syncing your phone and headset creates a secure wireless connection and is often referred to as pairing. The pairing process only needs to be completed once with each phone you plan on connecting with. Charge your headset fully before you begin--this typically takes two hours. Disconnect your Jabra from the charger when the battery is full and leave it powered off.

Instructions

1. Power on your phone and open the "Settings/Tools" option. Choose "Bluetooth" and select "Power." Choose "On" to turn on Bluetooth.

2. Press and hold the "Answer/End" button, located on the front of your headset. Release the button after approximately five seconds when the indicator light stays solidly lit.

3. Move your phone and headset within range (no more than a few feet apart for best results). Choose "Settings" and select "Bluetooth." Choose "Add New Device" or "Search." Your phone will attempt to locate your headset--this may take several seconds.

4. Highlight your headset from the list of discovered devices. Press "OK" or "Add." Enter "0000" when prompted for the PIN. Your phone and headset are now paired.
