Pair A Nokia Nuron & Bluetooth

Your Nuron can pair with most Bluetooth headsets for hands-free conversation.

The Nokia Nuron is designed to work on the T-Mobile network, and features a large touch screen, GPS navigation and built-in camera. The Nuron also supports Bluetooth 2.0 technology, making it compatible with nearly every Bluetooth headset on the market. You can use your Nuron with a Bluetooth headset to make hands-free phone calls or listen to music wirelessly. To use the two devices together, set them up by pairing them.

Instructions

1. Place your Bluetooth in pairing mode. This is usually accomplished by pressing and holding the "Call" or "Power" button for several seconds until the indicator lights begin to flash. See your headset's user guide for device-specific instructions.

2. Press the "Menu" option on your Nuron.

3. Choose "Settings and Connectivity," then choose "Bluetooth."

4. Select "Options," then choose "New Paired Device." Your Nuron searches for and displays available devices.

5. Select the name of your headset from the list that appears.

6. Type in the headset's pairing passcode when prompted. The passcode is set by the manufacturer -- see your manual for details -- but most headsets use "0000" or "1234."
