The Samsung Instinct for Sprint is capable of playing video files on the web and those recorded with the camera. The Instinct utilizes the flash player to display video files. To update the flash player on the Samsung Instinct, you will have to install all updates for the device. Many updates will coincide and support other available updates, so it is important to allow all available updates to download and install on the Samsung Instinct in order to get an updated version of the flash player.
Instructions
1. Power on the Samsung Instinct and touch the "Main" tab at the bottom of the home screen.
2. Tap the "Settings" option.
3. Tap "General."
4. Touch the "Update Software" option. The Instinct will connect with the mobile carrier server and look for available updates, including updates for the flash player, specifically for the phone. The phone will download all updates to the device.
5. Confirm the installation of the updates when prompted.
