Run Cricket Software On A Flash Drive

You can purchase flash drives at electronics retailers.

You may prefer to use a flash drive rather than a CD-ROM or a CD-RW. First, a flash drive is portable. Unlike a CD, you can easily carry a flash drive in your purse or pocket. Second, it can save multiple files, applications and programs without needing to overwrite any information. If you have a USB port on your computer, you can run Cricket software from your flash drive. It takes only a few seconds to set it up.

Instructions

1. Connect your flash drive to an available USB port on your computer. Wait for your computer to detect the drive. Follow instructions for installing the drivers related to the flash drive.

2. Click "Start" and "Computer." Locate your flash drive. It should be a removable (E:) or (F:) drive.

3. Double-click the flash drive's folder. Look for the Cricket software. Double-click it to run it. It will automatically launch on your computer.
