Unlock A Locked Screen On A Verizon Blackberry

Even with the most sophisticated of phones, a little troubleshooting is necessary.

The company Research in Motion developed the Blackberry, a smart phone that keeps you connected, entertained and informed. Like many electronics, the Blackberry will sometimes have technical issues. If your Verizon Blackberry screen becomes locked there are a couple steps you can take to immediately rectify it.

Instructions

1. Turn your phone up toward you. Look at the top left hand corner of your Blackberry. Search for a small, round dot.

2. Press the round dot inward firmly with your finger. If your finger is too wide to make sufficient contact with this button, try using the edge of a pen to press the button inward.

3. Remove your finger or pen from the button. Watch as the screen instantly unlocks. If for some reason it does not, type in your four-digit "unlock code." This is a code users create themselves when they get their phone. If you never created an unlock code, enter the last four digits of your phone number. Your phone will instantly unlock.
