Changing the menu in your Nokia 1100 is a simple process.
Although it is not possible to change the order and the name of the menu in a Nokia 1100, it is possible to use shortcuts for the menu items, making them more accessible and personalizing the menu in your phone. With a few simple steps, and without a great deal of technical knowledge, you can change the accessibility of your menu, making your phone easier to use.
Instructions
1. Press "Menu" in your phone to see the existing menu options. Take note of the order in which they are laid out. Press "C" to return to the main screen.
2. Press "Menu" and then press the number which corresponds to the position of the folder you wish to access. For example, the "Alarm Clock" function is the seventh item in the menu, so to access it rapidly press "Menu" and then "7".
3. Repeat this for the submenu items. For example, to set the Ringing Volume to one, without scrolling all the way through the menu and submenu options, press "Menu" and press "421." The ringing volume will be set to one. This can be done for all functions and items stored within your phone.
