Connect a Bluetooth Headset to PC
If you have trouble with wires on your PC -- whether there's too many of them, or the wires get tangled easily, or they aren't long enough to go where you can use them -- one of the solutions available to you is to use Bluetooth technology, which is a wireless way of connecting a PC to another device, such as a headset. This allows you to listen to music wherever you are, as long as you are in range of the computer.
Instructions
1. Press the button on the Bluetooth beadset to broadcast the Bluetooth signal. Refer to your owner's manual for instructions on doing this.
2. Go to the Start Menu and click on "Control Panel." Click on "My Bluetooth Devices."
3. Click on the "Add Bluetooth Device" option on the left of the device window to open the Add Bluetooth Wizard.
4. Click the "My device is set up and ready to be found" option and click "Next." The computer will then search for devices in its area.
5. Click on the icon representing your headset and click "Next."
6. Select the option to have "No passkey" if asked to. This connects the headset to the PC.
