Reinstall Microsoft Works Task In A Computer

Reinstall Microsoft Works Tasks.


Microsoft Works Tasks is a part of Microsoft Works that will help you organize your tasks, create calendars, and create reminders for your events. If you are missing Microsoft Tasks, it probably means that your Microsoft Works program has been corrupted in some way. If you still need Microsoft Tasks, there are ways to fix the problem. It is important to follow the reinstall process in order to regain Tasks.


Instructions


1. If you used a disc to install Microsoft Works, locate the disc.


2. Uninstall the entire Microsoft Works program by clicking "Start," "My Computer" and "Add/Remove Programs." Click on "Microsoft Works" and select "Remove."


3. Insert your Microsoft Works disc into your computer. It will automatically reinstall all of the programs, including Microsoft Tasks.


4. Purchase a new disc from the Microsoft Works page (see References section) if you cannot find yours or do not have one. Scroll through the Microsoft Works list until you find the version you currently have on your computer, or choose the newest version and download it. Download the new program onto your computer, and the Tasks section of Microsoft Works will reinstall.
