Access Voice Mail From AT&T Home Phone
Although most people think of AT&T as a wireless service provider, it also provides home phone service. The AT&T home phone service offers voice mail, an even more important feature on a landline than on a wireless phone. While you bring to take wireless phones with you when we leave, the home phone stays behind. With voice mail, your missed calls can leave you an informative message. Without voice mail, your callers would have to just keep calling back until you get home.
Instructions
1. Dial *98 if accessing the voice mail system from your phone. Dial your AT&T home phone number if you are not calling from your AT&T home phone.
2. Press the star key if you are not calling from your AT&T home phone. Enter the 10-digit phone number to your AT&T home phone service. Press the pound key.
3. Enter your personal identity number (PIN). Press the pound key to access the voice mail system.
