If you have a prepaid Motorola TracFone, aside from making and receiving calls, you will have access to a variety of features for your mobile communication needs. One of those all-important features is voicemail. The voicemail service with your Motorola TracFone allows you to personalize your voicemail inbox and allows callers to leave you a message if they do not reach you when calling. Setting up voicemail with a Motorola TracFone, however, is different for every model, and you will need to visit the TracFone website to access instructions for your specific model.
Instructions
1. Go to the TracFone website and visit the "Voicemail" page under the "Services and Support" menu option. The "Voicemail Instructions" page will load.
2. Enter in your "Serial Number" or your "Phone Number" in one of the two fields provided. To locate your serial number, click on the "?" option to the right of the field, and then select your model of phone. Follow the instructions on the screen. Keep in mind that each model of phone will have slightly different instructions for locating your serial number, so make sure you only select your model of phone. Once you input your serial number or your telephone number, click on the "Continue" button.
3. Follow the instructions that load on the screen to set up the voicemail for your phone. Each phone will have a different set of instructions and you will need to adhere to these instructions for your phone model in order to set up and customize voicemail for your Motorola phone.
