Make Free Mobile Calls Using The Internet

Talk to loved ones for free using Skype.

Even though the cellular phone has given us the convenience of making calls from anywhere at any time, not everyone has the same plan. For this reason, many people do not make calls to avoid being charged the difference. With the invention of Skype, communicating over the phone has become free again. With a steady Internet connection and the free Skype program, you can make calls to anyone anywhere in the world without being charged. It's another way to make the most out of your computer and have fun while doing it.

Instructions

1. Download the Skype program (see Resources below). Once it has completed, register for a free account.

2. Press the "+" button at the bottom of your Skype buddy list once you have logged in. The "Add a Skype Contact" window will appear, allowing you to add a friend's Skype user name or mobile phone number to the list.

3. Look to see if the person on your list has a green check mark next to her name after you add her. If so, she is available to communicate with.

4. Click on her name on your Skype buddy list and select the green telephone button to initiate a call. You can also chat in a text box with the person or stream live video (if you own web cams).
