Use A Bluetooth Headset For A Bluetooth Mp3 Player

Bluetooth headsets can be paired with a number of electronic devices.

Bluetooth devices are used to connect two different electronics without the use of wires. If you have a Bluetooth compatible cell phone with MP3 capability or MP3 player, you can set up your Bluetooth headset to play your MP3 files as if it were a set of headphones.

Instructions

1. Open the "Settings" or "Tools" window under the "Main Menu" of your cell phone or MP3 player.

2. Select the "Bluetooth" menu followed by "Options" and choose "Discovery Mode." This will allow the headset to find your MP3 player or cell phone.

3. Select "Add New Device" under the "Bluetooth" menu. A new window or screen will appear telling you to put the device you want to connect to in "Discovery Mode."

4. Press the power button to turn on the Bluetooth headset. This will put the headset in discovery mode for the cell phone or MP3 player to recognize.

5. Enter the pairing code to connect the headset to your MP3 player if prompted. The pairing code should be located on the headset package or instruction manual.

6. Open the music player on your cell phone or MP3 player, choose a song, and press play to hear the music through your headset.
