Checking the email on your Nokia 6300 phone is easy to accomplish.
Staying connected to your email through your Nokia 6300 is a great way to communicate with your friends, family and coworkers. Although the Nokia 6300 is not considered a smartphone, accessing your email account using the Internet browser is possible, if you have a data plan established on your wireless account.
Instructions
1. Press the "Menu" key, followed by "Web" and then "Go to Address."
2. Delete the default address in the "Address" field by using the backspace key on your phone. Enter the web address of your email account provider such as Yahoo.com, Gmail.com or Hotmail.com in the "Address" field, using the keypad on your phone.
3. Click the "OK" button and wait for the page to load.
4. Scroll down the webpage using the directional keys on your phone until you reach the "Username" and "Password" field.
5. Enter the "Username" and the "Password" for your email account in the appropriate fields and press the "OK" button.
6. Wait for your email account to load. Using the directional keys on your phone, scroll through your Inbox to check your email.
