Copy files from the computer onto a microSD memory card.
Nokia N81 mobile phones use microSD memory cards to store users' preferred data.You can copy picture, video or music files from your computer to your Nokia N81, or any mobile phone that uses a microSD memory card by using a microSD adapter.
Instructions
1. Insert your microSD memory card into the SD card adapter that is a larger plastic housing that accommodates the card size difference to fit the slot of a card reader.
2. Insert the SD card adapter into the computer's SD card slot, if it has one; otherwise, purchase an external SD card reader that simply plugs into the USB port.
3. Open the picture, video or music file on your computer that you want to transfer onto the microSD memory card.
4. Open external devices by double-clicking on "My Computer" and the label for the microSD folder.
5. Click and drag the cursor over the picture, video or music file and drag it into the microSD folder that will copy the selected file to the microSD memory card.
6. Remove the microSD memory card from the card reader and insert the card into your Nokia N81 microSD memory card slot. Turn on your the phone to begin accessing your copied data.
