List Of Symbian Os Phones

In November 2006, the 1 millionth cellular device running the Symbian operating system was sold. Sales of the OS didn't slow down, however, as an average of 300,000 devices with it were sold every day in the second quarter of 2010. With more than 100 devices running Symbian, this operating system powers some of the most popular mobile devices specializing in entertainment, productivity and connectivity.

Nokia 5250

The Nokia 5250 takes advantage of Symbian's streaming music capabilities to produce a touch-screen smart phone with music at its core. Users can download and stream their favorite tracks, send songs to friends and listen to FM radio right on their phones. All of Symbian's musical features included in the 5250 can be run while using other applications.

Nokia E5

The Nokia E5 uses the Symbian operating system to appeal to mobile device users with busy schedules. Productivity applications designed to run on Symbian are available for download from Nokia's Ovi Store. Additionally, the E5 comes equipped with Mail for Exchange and IBM Lotus Notes Traveler to keep busy people constantly connected to their email contacts.

Nokia C6

The C6 targets avid Internet users. A 3.2-inch touch screen, a full keyboard and Symbian's Web surfing capabilities make the device a viable option for Internet browsing and wireless communication. Nokia also attempts to increase the C6's appeal by including Facebook feeds right on the phone's home screen.
