Delete Cell Phone Memory
Deleting memory from your cell phone can be a necessary task. Every piece of data you save with your phone is stored internally by your cell phone's built-in memory. If your phone is filled up with pictures, videos or ring tones, you will not be able to save any new ones, until you delete some of the old ones.
Instructions
1. Navigate to your phone's main menu. On most phones available, this is achieved simply by hitting the "Menu" button on your keypad.
2. Navigate to the "Settings" menu. It is normally near the end of the list of options presented in the main menu.
3. Navigate to "Phone Memory." This is a utility that keeps track of every non-essential piece of data stored by your phone. It will break data down into the categories of "Images," "Videos," "Ring Tones" and "Sounds."
4. Click on each of the categories to see the extent of what you've stored in each category. From this same menu, you can select files by highlighting them, and pressing the "OK" button on your phone's keypad. Once you've selected all the files you want in a particular category, you can delete them by using the appropriate key on your phone's keypad, and then move onto the next category.
