Use Headphones In Nokia 5610

Use your headphones to listen to music on the Nokia 5610.

The Nokia 5610, also known as the Xpress Music, is a cellphone released in 2007 for T-Mobile. It has an array of features, including a 3.15 megapixel camera, a microSD card slot and a media player. The media player includes a music player that recognizes several common audio formats, including MP3, AAC and WMA. Because it also has expandable memory (the microSD card slot), the Xpress Music phone can be your primary music player.

Instructions

1. Power on your phone and navigate to the home screen.

2. Locate the volume button on the side of your phone. Press the "minus" part of the button to turn the volume down to a lower level. This is to ensure that your ears won't be hurt when you begin listening to music.

3. Insert the end of the 2.5 mm end of your headphones into the headphone jack at the top of your Nokia 5610.

4. Look on the headphones and find the markings that indicate which headphone goes into which ear. If you're using the headphones that came with the phone, they will be ear buds. If you bought your headphones separately, they should still be marked with an "R" for the right ear, and an "L" for the left ear. Put the appropriate headphones onto your corresponding ears, and adjust them until they fit comfortably.

5. Select "Menu" from the home screen on your phone, and navigate to "Media," followed by "Music Player." Select "All Songs" and then choose "Open."

6. Highlight a song, and then press the "Play" button on your phone. Press the "+" part of the volume button on the side of your phone until you are listening to the music at a comfortable level.
