Enable Gprs For Cellone Postpaid

CellOne postpaid service is serviced by the company BSNL Mobile. CellOne allows you to turn on GPRS. GPRS is the network that cell phone companies use to send voice data over and allow you to make phone calls. When you enable GPRS for your postpaid CellOne service, you can stay in touch and make calls anywhere in India with any international phone (such as Samsung or Nokia).


Instructions


Enable GPRS via Hard Reset


1. Remove the back cover of the phone.


2. Remove the battery from the back of the phone while it is still on.


3. Wait 30 seconds as the network and phone resets.


4. Re-insert the battery back in the phone.


5. Slide on the back cover on the phone.


6. Press and hold down on the red end key to turn on the phone.


7. Make sure icons begin to load and appear on the screen and on your status bar.


8. Verify that you can now make calls and use the phone as desired.


Enable via Menu


9. Press the "Main Menu" button on the phone when you are on the main screen.


10. Scroll to and select the option for "Settings."


11. Scroll to and select "Phone Settings."


12. Select the option for "Airplane Mode" or 'Wireless Mode."


13. Select the option for "On" or check the "On" check box.
