Call Back Your Home Phone

You have several ways to call back a home telephone.


Calling back a home telephone number can be done in a variety of ways. After calling home the first time, you can call again by using the redial button. Scroll to the home number and press redial to call home. Many phones have the ability to store telephone numbers you can dial by pressing a specific digit or digits assigned to the home telephone number.


Instructions


Cox Android Phone Application


1. Create an account at Cox.com and sign in with the appropriate user name and password.


2. Download the Cox Mobile Connect application on an android phone.


3. Touch the home phone icon on the Cox Mobile Connect application and the application will call back the home telephone number.


Verizon Automatic Redial


4. Use automatic redial when the home number is busy. Pick up the handset and dial *66 to activate automatic redial for thirty minutes.


5. Listen for five rings that signify the home number is no longer busy and automatic redial can connect the call. Pick up the receiver while it's ringing and automatic redial will call the home number.


6. Cancel automatic redial by dialing *86.

7. Create an account with AppBrain. Sign in using the appropriate user name and password.


8. Download the "A Home Call" application to an android cell phone.


9. Assign the home telephone number to the "A Home Call" application.


10. Tap the A Home Call icon to redial the home telephone number.
