Security settings can be added for your Nokia Bluetooth device
Bluetooth is quickly becoming one of the most popular features on a variety of phones around the world, and the Nokia 6085 is among the devices with this Bluetooth-enabled technology. Because Bluetooth devices rely on wireless Internet connections, you can set your Nokia 6085 Bluetooth to be guarded by a security code, forcing users to first enter the code before access the connection.
Instructions
1. Turn your Nokia 6085 on and select "Menu" from the phone's homepage.
2. Select "Settings" from the main menu screen.
3. Select "Security" from the "Settings" page.
4. Select "Access Codes" in the "Security" menu and click "PIN code."
5. Enter your desired security code for your Nokia 6085 that will be used with your Bluetooth and Internet connections. If you have previously set a code, you will have to enter the old code first.
6. Click "Save" to confirm the changes and your Bluetooth will now be protected with your new security code.
