Unlock A Verizon V325

Cell Phone Keypad

The V325 is a Motorola phone for Verizon Wireless customers. This flip phone's keypad can be locked to prevent someone else from using it. You may also want to lock the keypad to avoid "pocket dialing" where it accidentally dials a number while being stored in a purse or briefcase. When the V325 phone is in locked mode, you can still make emergency calls. A locked phone will still ring or vibrate if someone calls or sends a text message, but if you want to answer or read any of those messages, you'll need to unlock the phone.

Instructions

1. Flip open the V325 phone so you can see the main screen and keypad. The main screen will say "Locked."

2. Enter the unlock code using the phone's keypad. If you haven't changed the code, the default unlock code is the last four digits of your phone number.

3. Press the "OK" button on your phone's keypad. This circular button is located in the middle of the keypad near the screen. The phone will unlock at this point.
