Although the Nokia N75 has adequate call quality and supports the 3G network, several drawbacks exist. The phone underachieves in certain areas and lacks smartphone features.
Nokia N75 Specifications
AT&T's Nokia N75 is a low-end model smartphone from Nokia's N-Series that features a comfortable keypad, camera, solid call quality and Bluetooth technology.
Battery Life
CNET says that the phone reaches only two hours of talk time on a single charge. CNET also reports that the battery becomes warm on the rear side of the phone.
Poor Camera
InfoSync reports a sub-par camera that takes unclear pictures. The picture-taking process is difficult as well due to the viewfinder.
Lack of Mobile Features
Nokia's N75 does not support HSDPA, GPS or Wi-Fi, which are available on most smartphones.
Solutions
Although an update was available when the phone was introduced in 2007, AT&T no longer offers updates for the Nokia N75. If you experience difficulties with your N75, contact your provider and request a replacement phone. You will likely be offered a comparable model, because the N75 is no longer carried by AT&T.
