Track Long Distance Phone Numbers To My Phone

View your phone usage online.


Before caller ID, there was no way for you to view the number that was calling your phone. Nowadays, caller ID is prominent on most phones and is a great way for you identify the number that is calling you before you answer the phone. However, if you want to track long distance phone numbers that have called your phone previously, you can view your phone usage online through your phone carrier's website or from your phone bill.


Instructions


Online


1. Visit your phone carrier's website. Click the link to sign in to your account. Enter your username and password into the appropriate fields and click "Sign in."


2. Navigate to the "My Bill" section. Locate and click the tab "Call Log" or "Usage."


3. Select the period that you want to search for long distance calls made or received on your phone from the menu available.


Note: Some phone carriers may give you the option to only search for long distance calls, if this is the case, select this option as well.


4. Wait for a listing of numbers that called or have been dialed from your phone to populate on the screen.


Scroll through the listing to identify all the long distance calls.

5. Retrieve your monthly phone bill and locate the "Call Detail" section.


6. Navigate through the listing of calls that have been made or received on your phone.


7. Highlight all the long distance phone numbers that appear on your phone bill for easy tracking.
