Pair An H700 Bluetooth Headset To My Samsung Solstice

The Samsung Solstice cellphone is designed to work on the AT&T Wireless network. It features a large touch-screen display and is Bluetooth enabled. Your Solstice is compatible with Motorola's H700 Bluetooth headset, a compact device that allows you to make and receive calls hands-free. You'll need to connect the two devices through a setup called pairing. Before you begin, you should charge your H700 fully. This takes about two hours -- the indicator light will turn green when the battery is full.

Instructions

1. Disconnect the H700 from the charging source, if applicable.

2. Put the H700 in pairing mode by opening the folding boom microphone. The indicator light will remain solidly lit in purple when it is ready.

3. Tap the "Menu" icon on your Solstice's screen. Choose "Settings" followed by "Connectivity."

4. Tap "Bluetooth." Tap the phone icon to turn Bluetooth power on, and then tap "Search." Your phone will attempt to locate the H700.

5. Tap the "Motorola H700" option that appears. Enter "0000" into the passkey field. Tap "Pair" to complete the pairing process.
