Remove Mario Forever Exe Virus

Mario Forever can change coding in programs to make them malicious.

Mario Forever is a malicious exe file that autostarts itself each time the computer is turned on. This virus buries itself in the system registry and creates malicious codes, visits unwanted malicious websites, and changes program coding at random. Removing the exe process through task manager is not enough to stop the virus alone. A computer scan must be performed while in safe mode, and all found traces of the virus must be removed then.

Instructions

1. Download and install a freeware antivirus program such as AVG, Malwayrebytes or Spybot. Restart the computer when installation is complete.

2. While the operating system is loading, press the F8 key to open the boot menu. Select to start in safe mode. When logged in, press "control+alt+delete" to open the task manager.

3. Remove the "marioforever" process if it is running. Open up an antivirus program, and perform a full scan of the computer. Remove any found threats and restart the computer.
