Unlock A Cdma Motorola V3c

Secure your personal information by locking your cell phone.

Your cell phone, like your computer, contains a lot of personal information that you need to protect. To keep others from accessing this information or making unauthorized calls on your Motorola V3c phone, you will want to lock your device. While you may make emergency calls on a locked phone, you will need to unlock it to answer incoming calls.

Instructions

1. Press the center key on your keypad. Find "Settings," then "Security," and finally "Phone Lock."

2. Enter the last four digits of your cell phone number at the "Enter Unlock Code" prompt if your phone is new; this is the factory default setting.

3. Press "OK." If this does not work and you have not reset the unlock code yourself, your service provider may have done so before you picked up your new phone. You will have to contact your service provider to learn the new code for your phone.
