Of the four "World of Warcraft" games currently on the market, Blizzard has offered a Collector's Edition for each of the games. The standard edition simply upgrades your "World of Warcraft" game with the newest content. The Collector's Edition gives players special bonuses, such as pets, books, behind the scenes DVDs and the "World of Warcraft" card game. To receive the in-game bonuses, you need to upgrade your account to the Collector's Edition version.
Instructions
1. Insert the collector's edition disc in your computer's disc drive. The "World of Warcraft" installation screen appears. Click "Install." At the end of the installation screen, click on the "Upgrade" button.
2. Enter your "World of Warcraft" account information in the required fields.
3. Type in the game code in the "Enter game code" text box. According to Blizzard, the game code for Collector's Edition games is located on the front of the game manual. Click "Activate Game." "World of Warcraft" is now upgraded.
