Use Maps On N95

The Nokia N95 is a smartphone that runs the operating platform Symbian and allows you to use the various features like Web browsing and email. An additional function of the N95 is the built-in Nokia Maps application that allows for the use of GPS location services and various maps for your area. In order to use the maps, you first need to upload the maps you want onto the N95, which is easy to do in just a few minutes.


Instructions


1. Launch Nokia Maps on your N95, then turn off your computer. Insert an SD card into the slot on the bottom of the turned-off phone.


2. Connect the phone to your computer using the USB cable in the micro USB port on the bottom of the phone.


3. Launch the Nokia Map Loader program from the Nokia disc. Browse the program for the maps you want to use and download them to your computer.


4. Transfer the downloaded maps onto the memory card in your phone to the Maps folder. Disconnect your phone once the transfer is complete.
