Open Belkin Ipod Nano 4g Remix

Adding a case to your iPod Nano

Its small size and capacity to store mass amounts of digital media is what makes the iPod nano one of the most popular MP3 players on the market. But since it is so small, protecting the device should be any nano owner's top priority. One way to do this is by adding a case to the iPod nano. Belkin is a company that manufactures iPod accessories, including cases, for all iPod models. So if you have purchased a Belkin Remix Metal case for your nano 4G and are curious as to put it on -- or open it if it's already on -- there's no need to worry; these cases snap on and off with ease.

1. Take your iPod nano with Belkin Remix case in your hand. Locate the thin plastic latch on the top corner of the case. The latch will be located on the back half of the case.

2. Use your fingers to pull the latch gently outward until it comes unlocked from the case. Be careful not to force the latch out to far as it may result in damage or breakage to the latch.

3. Grip the Belkin iPod nano case by the sides and gently pull the two sides apart until the case separates. Set the back half of the case aside.

4. Slide the nano out of the front half of your Belkin case and the case will now be completely open. To close it insert the iPod nano back in the front half of the case, making sure the front of the iPod aligns with the trackpad and screen frames in the front of the case. Then place align the back half with the front and snap into place, making sure the top latch locks in place.
