Send Games To Nokia Mobile Using Usb Cable

Connect the Nokia cell phone directly to a computer system.

Some Nokia cell phones possess the ability to play video games. These games range from small, flash-based board games to lifelike 3D games. The phones that allow you to obtain new games support direct USB data connections. With this type of connection, you plug the phone into a computer and upload the video game files directly to the wireless cell phone.

Instructions

1. Open the Internet browser and navigate to Nokia.com. Choose "North America," then "United States" and click "Support."

2. Choose the cell phone you are currently using, then the operating system and click the driver download that appears. You need this driver installed for the computer to detect the connected cell phone.

3. Double-click the downloaded driver and follow the prompts of the installation wizard to completely install the driver onto the computer.

4. Plug the USB data cable into the USB port on the Nokia cell phone, then insert the opposite end of the cable into a USB port on the computer. The computer will state that it has detected a new, removable device.

5. Click "Start," "My Computer" and double-click the removable device icon. A window appears with all the files stored on the cell phone. Select the "Game" folder, then click-and-drag the cell phone games you have stored on the computer into the open window. Once the files have finished copying over, close out the open window, right-click the removable device icon and choose "Eject." Disconnect the cell phone from the computer once the icon has disappeared.
