Tracfone makes this process fairly simple, and you can transfer all your minutes and info from the old phone to the new one right from their website.
Instructions
1. Purchase a new Tracfone. You can purchase a new Tracfone at various retailers, such as Walmart and Best Buy, or you can select one directly from Tracfone's website.
2. Access Tracfone's website. See resource list for address. Then, select the "Activate/Reactivate Phone" tab at the top of the page.
3. Select the "Existing Tracfone Customer" button and then log in using your email and password.
4. Follow the prompts to activate your new phone and transfer the minutes and contacts from the broken phone to the new one. Over the years Tracfone has altered the prompts slightly, making it important to follow them specifically.
