Business or personal, having the flexibility to change your voicemail greeting is enjoyed by many.
The BlackBerry Curve is a popular smart phone with many capabilities. Many people enjoy being able to change their voicemails due to holidays, extended vacation messages and other reasons. BlackBerry makes it fairly simple to adjust and change your voicemail greeting as often as you choose.
Instructions
1. Dial "1" followed by the menu button, which is found directly to the left of your tracking ball on your BlackBerry Curve. A black box will appear.
2. Scroll up to the prompt to Call Voice Mail in the black box. This will automatically dial your voicemail.
3. Enter your password and press the # sign.
4. Press "4" to change your current recording.
5. Press "3" to record your greeting. Follow the instructions to record and save your new greeting.
6. Press "1" to change personal greeting. Your current greeting will be played for you to review. To record new greeting, press "*" and begin to record your new greeting.
7. Press "#" to stop recording. The following prompts will instruct you replay your message, if desired or to save your recording, if you are satisfied with it.
