Sprint Motorazr mobile phones were designed with two locking features to help secure the phone. The first lock prevents users from making outgoing calls, except emergency calls to 911. When the first lock is enabled, users can receive incoming calls. The second lock is a keyguard, which prevents accidental operation of the keypad. In order to use the phone, you need to unlock the phone.
Instructions
Phone Lock
1. Press any of the navigation buttons on the phone to bring up a password prompt.
2. Enter the phone unlock code using the phone keypad.
3. Push the "OK" button to enable the normal calling functions of the phone.
Keyguard
4. Press any of the buttons on the phone keypad to light up the display.
5. Push the "Back" button and then the "*" button to disable the keyguard.
6. Enable the keyguard again by pressing the "OK" button and choosing "Settings," "Keyguard" and "OK." Use the navigation buttons to choose the amount of time before the keyguard turns on again.
